Shipping:

The three main shipping methods we use are UPS, DHL, and Uni-shipper. We can also ship with a carrier of your choosing assuming you have an account with them. Please note, we will not ship USPS (United States Parcel Service).

*** If we have to supply a Certificate of Origin to pass customs, there is an additional $50 charge that will show up as a separate line item on your invoice. Some carriers will supply this paperwork and bill as part of the freight charges. Should you have an account with another carrier please supply the details to us at the time of ordering and we would be happy to use them.

Order Procedures:

Our normal order ship time is 3-5 business days from receipt of order. It also takes an additional 3 days to have the Certificate of Origin processed once the order is packed and invoiced.

** note, ship (pack) time may be extended during and leading up to the holiday season.

Payment:

We offer the following payment terms: Credit Card (Visa, M/C, Amex) or wire transfer. If you would like to pay by wire transfer, there is an additional $25 charge to cover any bank fees we may incur. Note, $25 charge may vary depending on the size of your PO (total cost). If you choose to wire money as payment, our bank information will be sent once we are in receipt of your purchase order.

*** If sending payment by wire, the money must hit our bank account before we will release your order. This normally takes about 3-5 business days depending on which option you choose when sending.
